Senior Assistant Manager (Automation), Office of Digital Empowerment

About the role

SingHealth's Office of Digital Empowerment (ODE) is looking for a Senior Assistant Manager to support the implementation, adoption and governance of digital and automation solutions across the cluster. Working with stakeholders, institutions and internal teams, you will help deliver scalable and sustainable digital capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate solution options with stakeholders and advise on digital and automation platforms, supporting their design, configuration, implementation, testing and continuous improvement
• Lead user engagement, including feedback collection and support for users adopting new platforms
• Plan and deliver workshops and training, design supporting materials, and run adoption campaigns and community-building efforts
• Develop and maintain solution documentation, user guides and governance materials, and prepare adoption tracking reports and effectiveness metrics
• Coordinate projects, timelines and deliverables, manage vendor coordination and drive stakeholder communication and reporting
• Analyse user adoption data and usage trends, and present reports on engagement, adoption and impact
• Occasionally take on additional digital innovation and enablement tasks as assigned by leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; professional certifications in project coordination, digital literacy or technology training are an advantage
• At least 4 years of experience in technology support, project coordination or user training, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience with automation platforms applied to business processes
• Experience supporting technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives, with a good understanding of change management principles
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, a collaborative, user-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with GenAI and broader digital developments

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Microsoft Power Platform or Generative AI (GenAI)
• Experience developing low-code/no-code solutions such as Power Automate, Power Apps, RPA workflows or GenAI-based solutions is an advantage
