Senior / Assistant Manager, Division Chief Office (Fundraising)

About the role

The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) is looking for a Senior / Assistant Manager (Division Chief Office) to work closely with the Deputy Director. The role develops and executes digital, GIRO and mass fundraising and social media strategies for the NCCS Cancer Fund and Research Fund, and leads integrated digital and through-the-line marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee third-party and digital giving campaigns, keeping up to date on digital platform requirements, preparing campaign set-up materials and ensuring timely closure after the fundraising period.
• Develop and deploy an integrated online, offline and partnership strategy to acquire, convert and engage new and existing donors.
• Drive digital fundraising activities to promote campaign priorities and seasonal fundraising initiatives.
• Oversee staff giving activities, including monthly talks to new hires, and work with department heads to boost staff giving.
• Manage the Run for Hope project and expand corporate partnerships to increase in-kind sponsorship of goods and services for NCCS activities and events such as Run for Hope and the Charity Dinner.
• Prepare management reports and budgets as necessary.

Required profile

• Recognised university degree, preferably with honours.
• At least 5 years of fundraising and/or online marketing experience in search engine optimisation/marketing, database management and website analytical tools.
• Experience working with leaders in the medical, academic and other professional fields is an asset.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage donors and volunteers; analytical mind with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically about branding and fundraising, and to balance competing priorities and tight deadlines.
