Senior Assistant Manager, Examination

About the role

The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Nanyang Technological University invites applications for a Senior Assistant Manager. The role manages the examination management process and acts as a key point of contact for examination matters, ensuring excellence in delivery and execution while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute as a key member of the Curriculum and Examination Team on undergraduate assessment, examination and award matters.
• Manage examination mark processing and administer the Mark Entry System (MES), including preparing reports for the School Board of Examiners (BOE) meeting.
• Act as a key liaison between the team and stakeholders on processes such as the BOE, exam paper preparation, student results appeals and special student arrangements for assessment.
• Coordinate the nomination and award of academic medals and book prizes in line with academic policy and guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational administration or program management.
• Previous experience in data analytics and workflow improvement is advantageous.
• Familiarity with higher education policies and accreditation standards is beneficial.
