Senior / Assistant Manager, Organisation Planning and Performance

About the role

The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS), part of SingHealth, is recruiting a Senior / Assistant Manager to drive its strategic planning and performance management agenda. You will support Senior Management in shaping NCCS' strategic direction and turning high-level strategies into actionable objectives and initiatives through the Balanced Scorecard framework. The role involves strategic research, performance analysis and executive-level presentations, and offers early-to-mid career professionals exposure to senior leadership and healthcare trends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of NCCS' strategy in close partnership with Senior Management
• Craft executive presentations and briefs on strategic direction, cancer service planning and resource priorities
• Design, implement and enhance the performance management framework, run Balanced Scorecard reporting and analysis, set KPI targets and advise Senior Management
• Help prepare agendas, synthesize meeting discussions into action notes and drive follow-up on decisions
• Coordinate strategic projects and take part in NCCS committees
• Engage internal stakeholders to build alignment and support for strategic initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Sciences or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate/business planning, performance management, policy, consulting or equivalent roles
• Healthcare or public sector experience is an advantage
• Track record of supporting or preparing presentations and briefs for senior leadership
