Senior Assistant/Manager, Change Management Unit

About the role

The Office of Strategy Management (OSM) drives change across SingHealth's institutions and functions. It is seeking a Senior Assistant/Manager for its Change Management Unit to lead or support a broad portfolio of strategic projects, working with diverse stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support OSM leaders in developing strategic change management plans and work with project managers and domain leads to implement change initiatives
• Monitor progress so initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to operations
• Structure and solve complex problems, prepare research and briefings for senior leaders and the Board, and scope and manage projects or workstreams
• Develop communications and engagement plans, and run workshops, interviews, focus groups and surveys
• Support business cases, success measures, change readiness and impact assessments, training and operating model change recommendations
• Guide junior team members and provide secretariat support for management meetings, townhalls and retreats, including materials and presentations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance or a relevant field
• At least 4 years of experience in an in-house strategy, corporate development or change management role within a large, matrix organisation
• Advantageous: strategy or management consulting experience and/or healthcare sector knowledge, and experience across multiple industries including start-ups
