About the role
SingHealth is looking for a Senior / Associate Executive for its Education Office. You will provide administrative and operational support for the office's postgraduate and clinical education programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with programme directors and stakeholders across faculty, trainee and clinical teams
- Coordinate programme intake, orientation, rotations and assessments
- Monitor training requirements and timelines
- Support programme governance and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of education programmes and processes
Required profile
- Diploma with at least 2 years' relevant experience, or Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE A / O / N Level with 8-12 years' experience
- Good team player with strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, positive and meticulous
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
