Senior / Associate Executive - Forensic Psychiatry

About the role

The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore is hiring a Senior / Associate Executive for its Forensic Psychiatry department. You will be an integral member of the department, performing administrative and office support activities and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Other administrative tasks will be assigned by your supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for departmental activities
• Coordinate meetings, training and stakeholder engagements
• Manage departmental records, documentation and correspondence
• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate service delivery
• Coordinate conferences and training programmes
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or GCE 'A' Levels; at least 3 years of related experience preferred
• Service-oriented, confident and passionate about helping others
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, team player with a can-do attitude
