Senior / Associate Executive (Oncologic Imaging)

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Senior / Associate Executive to coordinate and provide administrative support in its Department of Oncologic Imaging, ensuring smooth and efficient flow of departmental activities. The role covers record keeping, follow-up on breast screening assessments and preparation of reports and correspondence.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain office files and records of radiological and clinical activities and their outcomes.
• Prepare and follow up on attendance for each Breast Screen Singapore (BSS) assessment scheduled.
• Collect and follow up on complete entries of screening read results and assessment workout results for the BSS project.
• Prepare statistical reports of imaging, reading and assessment activities for the BSS project.
• Prepare lists of cases for clinical pathology reviews and coordinate with reviewers; prepare lists of no-shows and follow up on client contact.
• Ensure adequate stationery and materials are available for BSS screening, reading and assessment, and update them as they change.
• Take and transcribe dictation of radiological requests and records, and compose and type correspondence and documents for the department and the BSS project.

Required profile

• GCE 'A' level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in a radiology department preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Literacy in computer and office administrative skills, including audiotyping.
