Senior Associate – IT Business Systems Analysis

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Information Technology function. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and delivering IT solutions that meet business needs and support manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design, development, testing and delivery of IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure functional and non‑functional requirements are met.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT system issues while maintaining business continuity.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned services, including capacity, incident, problem, change, patch and lifecycle management.
• Support crisis management for high‑priority IT incidents.
• Maintain data consistency across repositories and ensure compliance with IT, security and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical or medical‑device.
• At least 2+ years experience in data analysis, data warehousing, MART and reporting development.
• Hands‑on experience supporting key manufacturing business systems.
