Senior Associate, Workplace Safety & Health (Staff Protection Office)

About the role

NTUC Health is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) team at HQ, reporting directly to the WSH Manager. You will help develop, implement and enhance WSH and Prevention of Abuse & Harassment (PAH) frameworks across HQ and operational business units, strengthening safety culture, risk governance and regulatory compliance in line with MOM, MOH and national standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer organisation-wide WSH and PAH policies, procedures and initiatives, and act as secretariat for the WSH and PAH committees (agendas, meetings, follow-ups).
• Support the ServiceNow portal for WSH and PAH incidents, ensuring accurate reporting, escalation and resolution.
• Analyse incident data and trends to identify risks, recommend interventions and strengthen preventive controls.
• Assist in safety risk assessments, track observations, inspection findings and corrective actions, and research industry best practices.
• Plan and coordinate training on harassment management, de-escalation and post-incident care, and develop awareness materials and campaigns.
• Support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills and crisis response.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of WSH experience, ideally in healthcare facilities.
• Understanding of WSH standards, emergency preparedness, hazard identification, compliance risk management and risk assessment.
• Prior experience in workplace abuse/harassment management or staff wellbeing is advantageous.
• Data-driven, analytical and independent executor; empathetic, resourceful and good at stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Preferred: MOM-registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) certificate and SCDF-registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate.
• Preferred: WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (Level 2).
