Senior Associate/AVP, AI Fluency – Adoption & Change Management Specialist

About the role

Temasek is seeking a senior professional to lead AI adoption and change management across its investment, operations, and support teams. The role sits within the AI Automation & Fluency function and focuses on moving employees from AI awareness to embedded, productive AI habits at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end change management for major AI capability deployments, from stakeholder mapping and impact assessment to sustained adoption tracking.
• Design and execute adoption campaigns that guide employee populations through awareness, activation, and habit formation with clear milestones.
• Build and manage a network of AI champions embedded in business units such as investment, operations, finance, legal, and HR.
• Partner with senior leadership across Technology, Investment, and Operations to secure visible sponsorship and align programmes with business priorities.
• Lead cross‑functional working groups to identify and remove systemic blockers to adoption, including tool friction, policy gaps, cultural resistance, or insufficient enablement.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and executing structured change programmes for AI or technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work closely with senior leaders and business users.
• Demonstrated capability to coach and enable teams to adopt new AI ways of working.
