Senior Brand Director

About the role

Delivery Hero is seeking a Senior Brand Director to own the brand strategy, creative execution and media planning for its three flagship brands – foodpanda, foodora and Yemeksepeti – across 17 markets in Europe, Turkey and APAC. You will be the central driver of brand perception, ensuring each market receives a locally resonant yet globally consistent brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a unified brand identity for foodpanda, foodora and Yemeksepeti while adapting to local market nuances.
• Develop core value propositions and communication strategies for multiple business verticals such as quick commerce and subscription programmes.
• Own media strategy, planning and buying, optimizing mix and spend to maximise reach, frequency and efficiency.
• Drive key brand KPIs, including Brand Awareness, Top‑of‑Mind recall and Click‑Through‑Rate on marketing assets.
• Lead creative direction, establishing look, feel and tone of voice, and oversee graphic design, videography, motion design and photography production.
• Champion brand research initiatives to monitor health, extract consumer insights and adjust strategies.
• Manage a multi‑disciplinary internal team and coordinate agency partners.
• Oversee budget planning, allocation and performance tracking for all brand and media activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in brand management at an international scale.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable brand performance metrics.
• Experience managing sizable budgets and media spend.
