Senior Brand & Trade Marketing Executive (Assistant Manager) – FMCG/Food

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Brand & Trade Marketing Executive to lead brand growth and trade initiatives within the FMCG/Food sector. Based in Woodlands, you will work closely with sales and purchasing teams to drive distribution, market share, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and sales plans to achieve distribution and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to align brand strategies with channel opportunities.
• Monitor inventory flow with the purchasing team to avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
• Prepare, track, and analyse monthly brand and sales performance reports, focusing on trade spend efficiency and ROI.
• Design, launch, and evaluate trade promotions and activation plans to boost sell‑through and shopper conversion.
• Manage brand promotional budgets to generate measurable sales growth.
• Partner with brand principals/owners on joint business plans and growth strategies.
• Handle ad‑hoc trade marketing and sales tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within FMCG/consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of retail and trade channels, with hands‑on promotion and campaign execution experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
