Senior Business Analyst – AI Transformation Programme

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will lead programme governance, dashboarding and grant‑tracking for the AI Hub’s fund programme, translating grant conditions into structured plans and ensuring accurate reporting across finance, strategy and technology stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track budget utilisation, milestones, vendor onboarding and other AI Hub KPIs.
• Translate grant conditions into programme tracking frameworks, maintain compliance documentation and flag risks to the Head of AI Transformation.
• Coordinate data collection from business‑unit finance and operations teams, consolidating inputs for unified reporting.
• Support vendor onboarding, due‑diligence tracking and ensure invoicing data feeds into programme dashboards.
• Apply AI tools to automate data consolidation, dashboard refresh and generate AI‑assisted reporting summaries.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience as a business analyst, PMO analyst or similar, preferably with grant‑funded programmes.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or Data Analytics.
• Experience working in a matrixed organisation and coordinating across multiple business units.
• Familiarity with Singapore government agencies (e.g., Enterprise Singapore) is an advantage.
