Senior Business Analyst - APTD Package Health

About the role

Micron is hiring a Senior Business Analyst (APTD Package Health) who will act as Product Owner for Package Health initiatives across all APTD sites. The role covers requirement ownership, product backlog management, project execution and system adoption, working closely with IT and other stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable digital solutions. It also advocates for new system adoption, including MES and AI-enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for APTD Package Health digital capabilities, consolidating and rationalizing requirements and maintaining the product backlog with prioritization aligned to strategy and business value.
• Define business requirements, epics, user stories, success metrics and acceptance criteria, balancing global standardization with site-specific needs.
• Own end-to-end project execution, from concept through deployment and stabilization, and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (APTD sites, ETD, analytics and system owners) and prepare project status updates, decision briefs and escalation summaries for leadership.
• Interface between APTD and ETD on solution design and prioritization, translating needs into requirements for platforms such as PADK, eTRA, PEIP and PTM tools, and taking part in solution and architecture reviews.
• Support harmonization of data models, workflows and KPIs across sites and systems.
• Drive adoption of new systems, including MES enhancements and AI/advanced analytics solutions, by planning rollouts, communications, training and phased deployments, and tracking adoption metrics and benefits realization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data/Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Program/Project Analyst in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated product ownership and project management experience, including backlog management, planning and execution tracking.
• Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes and managing stakeholders across multiple sites.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and system requirements.
• Familiarity with semiconductor assembly/test flows and Package Health concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with MES, manufacturing data platforms or analytics ecosystems.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled solutions, advanced analytics or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with central IT organizations and agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills.
