Senior Business Analyst

About the role

Vinova, a development company founded in 2010 for mobile, web and enterprise applications, is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst in Singapore. The role leads functional solution design and requirements governance for large-scale enterprise platforms and public-sector digital initiatives, acting as the bridge between client stakeholders, end-users and engineering squads (PM, tech leads, developers and QC).

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to evaluate business processes, user journeys, bottlenecks and integration points, and model "to-be" workflows with process flow diagrams.
• Author and maintain BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria and system flow models with full requirement traceability.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement and requirement walkthroughs with Scrum Masters, PMs and developers so implementation matches functional expectations.
• Work with QC to align test cases and scenarios with business rules, and support SIT, UAT, defect triage and change request impact analysis.
• Identify requirement gaps, scope risks and cross-platform dependencies and propose solutions to keep delivery on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Business Analyst on complex IT, web or mobile software projects.
• Experience with enterprise software, complex workflows or integration-heavy platforms.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and hands-on experience supporting SIT/UAT with QC engineers and users.
• Excellent verbal and written English, able to run client workshops and align cross-functional priorities.

Bonus points

• Experience in banking, finance, government/public sector or compliance-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, data governance or statutory security compliance.
• Credentials such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA or PSPO/CSPO.
