Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (I4.0)

About the role

Micron is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (I4.0) for its SMAI Planning Innovation department in Singapore. You will join multidisciplinary projects with team members from global sites to develop Smart Manufacturing solutions using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, driving maximum output and CAPEX efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business partners to gather and analyse opportunities to improve wafer output performance, prepare data support and work with data scientists to build machine learning models turned into applications with intuitive interfaces, integrated with existing systems.
• Provide functional and process guidance on system capabilities in Process Engineering to enable maximum output initiatives.
• Identify gaps, weaknesses and inefficiencies in current solutions to improve wafer move, WPD and output performance.
• Translate process knowledge into projects that improve run rate, equipment uptime and process harmonisation.
• Define business solutions and propose projects for implementation, then design, integrate and scale solutions useful to Micron's operations globally.
• Lead projects and coordinate resources from global teams, using metrics and performance data to find improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Prior domain knowledge in Process Engineering, Product Integration Engineering or Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
• Able and willing to travel overseas.
