About the role

The National University Health System (NUHS) is seeking an outstanding clinician‑leader to join the inaugural team of Tengah General and Community Hospital (TGCH). As a Senior Consultant or Consultant with a Clinical Lead appointment, you will help shape a greenfield, patient‑centred hospital that integrates clinical excellence with innovative, value‑based care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exemplary specialist clinical care in line with NUHS and Ministry of Health standards.
• Lead the design, planning and operationalisation of a modern, integrated healthcare campus.
• Develop and oversee service development and clinical governance to ensure high quality, safety and outcomes.
• Drive innovation by translating emerging healthcare trends into scalable clinical models.
• Recruit, build and mentor high‑performing clinical teams aligned with TGCH’s mission and values.
• Influence strategic decisions on patient flows, workforce models, facilities and digital health initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified medical specialist with a track record of clinical excellence.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring and service development.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clinical, operational and leadership teams.
