Senior Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead technology discussions for a large‑scale banking transformation programme. The role combines hands‑on technical design with strategic guidance, supporting multi‑country roll‑outs and close collaboration with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technology discussions for ongoing transformation initiatives.
• Provide architecture, integration, customization and security expertise for core banking solutions.
• Conduct design reviews, create and evaluate sequence diagrams, and assess integration points.
• Engage directly with customers to discuss technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams in a fast‑changing technology landscape.
• Build and maintain relationships with peer architects across banking institutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technology Lead on large core‑banking transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of the banking domain and experience with multi‑country roll‑outs.
• Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
