Senior Consultant – Power BI & Data Analytics

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Singapore delivery team. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights for cloud‑based customers, leveraging Power BI and advanced analytics to drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports for monthly, ad‑hoc and strategic reporting needs.
• Build and manage Power BI Dataflows, using Power Query and DAX to ingest, transform and standardise data.
• Create tabular and multidimensional data models that align with enterprise data‑warehouse standards.
• Write complex SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation and deep analysis.
• Collaborate with back‑end data engineers and cloud teams to resolve data‑quality, performance and pipeline issues.
• Optimise report performance through data‑modeling best practices, DAX optimisation, incremental refresh and aggregation design.
• Provide technical advisory on Power BI development, SQL optimisation and data‑management to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analytics and business‑intelligence consulting, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse technical and business teams.
