Senior Consultant / Team Leader – Executive Search

About the role

EV Search is seeking a motivated Consultant to support business growth across Singapore and the APAC region. The role blends business development, candidate engagement, and end‑to‑end search execution within a high‑performance, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in new business development and expand existing client relationships across key industries.
• Conduct market mapping, research, and provide talent insights during client meetings.
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, assessing, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
• Prepare candidate reports, market intelligence, and talent mapping assignments.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and leadership to meet revenue targets and KPIs.
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles; fresh graduates with strong commercial drive are welcome.
• Strong interest in executive search and talent advisory services.
• Commercial mindset, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
