Senior Corporate Banking Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our Corporate Banking team in Singapore. You will manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, drive revenue growth, and deliver innovative financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of local large corporate clients, both existing and new-to-bank.
• Own portfolio performance with full P&L accountability, return optimisation, and balance sheet management.
• Partner with coverage teams to originate and execute complex financing solutions across M&A advisory, capital markets, treasury, and transaction banking.
• Prepare credit proposals, manage the end‑to‑end credit process, and ensure ongoing monitoring.
• Maintain strong credit quality and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Build and deepen client relationships, providing responsive day‑to‑day banking support.
• Handle CDD/KYC matters and respond efficiently to client queries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leverage the bank’s global network for cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified with 3‑8 years of experience managing large corporate clients.
• Exposure to lending, trade finance, global markets, loan syndication, DCM, leveraged finance, or M&A transactions.
• Strong credit assessment and financial analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, self‑motivated, and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Results‑driven with strong business acumen and a proven ability to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborative team player who builds trust across functions.
