Senior Creative Executive

About the role

Good Job Creations is hiring a Senior Creative Executive in the North East area, paid up to $4,200. The role covers designing and producing creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, retail stores and other brand touchpoints, working closely with creative and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, retail stores and other brand touchpoints.
• Turn creative briefs and content calendars into visual content that follows brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistent visual identity, design quality and brand aesthetics across all deliverables.
• Create, edit and produce photo and video content for digital, e-commerce and retail channels.
• Edit and retouch photos, and upload digital assets and product content to website backends.
• Plan and run product styling, flat lays, photography sessions and content shoots.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on campaign objectives and monitor industry, fashion, design and social media trends.
• Manage several creative projects and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation or a related creative role.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling.
• Good knowledge of current social media content trends and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Added advantage: photography and basic DSLR handling, fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce experience, and familiarity with e-commerce website backends and fashion styling.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom.
• Photo editing and retouching, including colour correction and image enhancement.
• Video editing software such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
