Senior Data Center Architect – Singapore

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing global data‑centre provider, is seeking a Senior Data Center Architect to lead the design of mission‑critical facilities across the world. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with commercial and engineering teams to deliver innovative, cost‑effective solutions that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Produce conceptual site layouts, massing studies and visual assets for pre‑sales and RFP responses.
• Lead building envelope design, internal circulation, vertical transport and space optimisation, calculating gross and construction floor areas.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical and structural engineers to integrate systems into a coordinated architectural solution.
• Provide technical support to delivery teams, review local architect submissions for compliance and sign off material samples and shop drawings.
• Maintain internal design guidelines covering branding, signage and minimalist aesthetics.
• Contribute to phased construction schedules and budget estimates for civil and architectural packages.

Required profile

• 8+ years of architectural experience, primarily in industrial or mission‑critical facilities.
• Direct experience designing data centres (colocation, cloud or enterprise) – strict requirement.
• Strong understanding of MEP, structural and logistics considerations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
