Senior Data Governance Automation Specialist (Alteryx & Copilot Studio)

About the role

The Senior Data Governance Automation Specialist will design and implement automated data governance solutions for our clients using Alteryx and Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will work across the full lifecycle of data pipelines, from ingestion and cleansing to AI‑augmented reporting. The role involves close collaboration with governance teams, vendors and delivery consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client data governance requirements and design automation solutions with Alteryx and Copilot Studio.
• Build and document automated data pipelines, including ingestion, cleansing, validation and transformation.
• Design and deploy Copilot Studio agents to enable natural‑language queries and intelligent exception handling.
• Create data lineage documentation, flowcharts, technical specifications and reusable components.
• Configure and deploy Alteryx Server/Designer and Copilot Studio environments and integrate with data lakes, APIs and reporting platforms.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT and provide post‑go‑live support and issue resolution.
• Track progress, manage risks, maintain license compliance and support training sessions for consultants and clients.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics or related engineering discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with Alteryx and Microsoft Copilot Studio (or comparable tools) for data governance automation.
• Knowledge of data lineage, data quality frameworks and regulatory reporting, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with AI‑augmented workflows or copilots and understanding of auditability in regulated environments.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams, meet deadlines and travel up to 20%.
