Senior Design Engineer – Package Design

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Design Engineer to lead the development of package products from concept to production. You will work closely with customers, sales, R&D and suppliers to ensure robust, compliant designs that meet market demands.

Key responsibilities

• Design packages according to customer specifications while adhering to the latest standards.
• Maintain and enforce design procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support product development and create new designs from inception to manufacturing.
• Coordinate timely communication with customers, sales, PE, NPI, R&D, and suppliers.
• Ensure error‑free execution of all design activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Materials Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in package product design (tooling, substrate/assembly, PCB layout, wafer fabrication, or lead‑frame manufacturing). Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong knowledge of design standards and procedures.
