Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to design, build, and continuously improve our delivery platform and automation tooling. This hands‑on role will make software delivery more reliable, repeatable, and low‑risk for global engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for business‑critical applications.
• Automate release and deployment processes across dev, QA, UAT, staging and production environments.
• Enhance environment consistency, configuration management and rollback readiness.
• Support and evolve Azure DevOps (or equivalent) for repositories, pipelines, boards and release workflows.
• Define and improve release‑readiness standards, testing, validation and deployment checks.
• Develop automation scripts and tooling to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
• Strengthen monitoring, logging, alerting and observability across systems and services.
• Participate in L2/L3 support, triage build, deployment, environment and production issues.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for incidents and drive long‑term fixes.
• Collaborate with DBA/Data, Infrastructure and Security teams on migration safety, backups, access, identity and secrets management.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or Release Engineering.
• Proven track record building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Hands‑on experience with multiple environments (dev, QA, UAT, staging, production).
• Strong scripting ability (PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar).
• Experience in release management, deployment validation, rollback strategies and production support.
• Solid understanding of application hosting, APIs, services, configuration and dependencies.
