Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic senior digital marketing professional to lead paid campaigns, enhance website performance, and manage our marketing data. This single‑contributor role works closely with external agencies to maximise advertising spend, generate high‑quality leads and drive conversions across both traditional and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Agency & campaign management: act as primary contact for SEO/SEM agencies, set strategic goals, monitor KPIs, oversee Google Ads and paid social campaigns, and manage budgets to ensure strong ROI.
• Website performance & user experience: analyse visitor journeys, run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, imagery, ensure speed and mobile responsiveness, and develop tailored landing pages for campaigns.
• AI and traditional search optimisation: structure content for generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini) and optimise SEO for high‑value search terms.
• Marketing automation & web operations: maintain website updates, build automated email and lead‑nurturing workflows in HubSpot, and design high‑converting forms and landing pages.
• Performance analytics & reporting: set up GA4 tracking, create actionable dashboards in HubSpot or similar, and provide weekly performance insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid media and SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise conversion rates.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot marketing automation and Google Analytics 4.
• Familiarity with emerging AI search platforms and ability to adapt content for them.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with external agencies.
