About the role
UNIQLO is seeking a strategic, business‑mindset Senior Digital Marketing Executive to own and evolve the front‑end experience of Uniqlo.com. The role focuses on turning website traffic and customer data into measurable revenue growth while collaborating across marketing, store operations and e‑commerce teams.
Key responsibilities
- Direct ownership of front‑end execution, including planning, briefing creative requirements, and implementing site banners and high‑quality landing pages.
- Build, test and deploy responsive landing pages using HTML and CSS without external agency support.
- Drive a high‑performance culture for the website, managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Present weekly site plans to senior management and secure approvals.
- Support global headquarters and technical teams on website project rollouts.
- Analyze, review and report website traffic, engagement and revenue metrics.
- Partner with the CRM team to design data‑driven customer journeys and define segmentation logic.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast‑paced e‑commerce or digital marketing environment, preferably in FMCG, apparel or retail.
- Hands‑on experience building webpages with HTML and CSS.
- Strong analytical ability and familiarity with tracking tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
