Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Site Ops)

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking a strategic senior digital marketing professional to own and enhance the front‑end experience of Uniqlo.com. The role focuses on turning website and customer data into revenue while collaborating across marketing, store operations and e‑commerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, brief and implement site banners and high‑quality landing pages for Uniqlo.com.
• Build, test and deploy responsive landing pages using HTML and CSS without external agency support.
• Act as a key stakeholder for the site, driving a culture of high performance and precision.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, influencing Marketing, Store Operations and E‑Commerce teams.
• Develop strong relationships with Global Headquarters to advance locally driven initiatives.
• Present weekly site plans to senior management for approval.
• Support global technical teams on website project roll‑outs.
• Analyse and report website traffic, engagement and revenue metrics.
• Partner with the CRM team to design data‑driven customer journeys and segmentation logic.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in a fast‑paced e‑commerce or digital marketing role.
• Experience in FMCG, apparel or retail is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience building webpages and executing projects independently.
• Comfortable working without agency support and familiar with CRM concepts.
