Senior Director, APAC Marketing

About the role

Crocs is seeking a Senior Director to lead its APAC Marketing function. The role will shape and execute region‑specific strategies that build brand awareness, drive consumer acquisition, and ensure cultural relevance across Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia and India.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans covering media, influencer networks, social channels, creative, retail activations and PR.
• Lead and scale a high‑performing team of regional marketers, fostering collaboration aligned with the Crocs Leadership Blueprint.
• Advocate for APAC consumer insights within the global organization and ensure alignment with global brand and commercial leadership.
• Track, analyze and report on campaign performance, acquisition metrics and brand awareness to optimise ROI.
• Innovate local activations by leveraging regional trends and cultural nuances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or higher in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive regional marketing leadership experience, preferably in retail, fashion or consumer goods.
• Proven experience managing multi‑market regions including Korea, Japan, SEA and India.
• Strong collaborative leadership style with a track record of managing dispersed teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally and navigate fast‑paced matrix environments.
