Senior Electrical/ELV Manager, Global Facilities South Asia

About the role

Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is looking for a Senior Electrical/ELV Manager for its Global Facilities South Asia department. You will lead a multi-discipline engineering team and provide engineering system ownership and technical support for Micron Semiconductor Manufacturing Sites in South Asia, covering engineering, design, construction, operations and maintenance with a focus on global standardization, reliability, performance and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the multi-discipline engineering team, including recruitment, training, staffing, retention, coaching and mentoring, and drive team engagement.
• Set facility engineering goals based on Global Network priorities and supervise key performance indicators.
• Lead large-scale greenfield semiconductor fabrication site (FAB) design and construction projects in South Asia, delivering them on time, within budget and to high quality.
• Manage project scope, schedule and cost, coordinate consultants, and review design packages against standards, codes and regulations.
• Drive engineering and construction cost management, benchmark best practices, and support global initiatives such as sustainability programs.
• Advise senior and executive management on strategic decisions and share updates with the Director and engineering leadership teams.
• Provide technical support to Global, regional and site facilities and manufacturing teams, including system design analysis, problem-solving and capacity planning.
