Senior Embedded Software Engineer (Python, Jenkins, Groovy)

About the role

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer you will design and maintain the core tools and infrastructure that enable efficient development, testing, and delivery of embedded systems. You will work in a Scrum‑based, multi‑country team to implement AI‑assisted workflows and drive continuous improvement of the development pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile teams across Singapore and other locations to define requirements and estimate workloads.
• Design and develop client tools, server infrastructure, and automation solutions for continuous integration and delivery of embedded products.
• Build and maintain test automation platforms, deployment systems, and developer utilities.
• Implement generative AI solutions to boost developer productivity and code quality.
• Lead software design, development, testing, and integration of tools and infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement of product development methodologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer or Software Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software design, client‑tool or infrastructure development.
• Familiarity with IT service processes, guidelines and best practices.
• Experience with generative AI tools and frameworks applied to software development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
