Senior Executive, Admissions and Outreach

About the role

The School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at NTU seeks a Senior Executive to lead admissions and outreach for its MSc and PhD programmes. The role focuses on expanding the graduate pipeline, especially in the China market, and delivering a seamless applicant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support overall graduate admissions, outreach and market development strategies.
• Drive China‑market recruitment through analysis, planning, partnerships and compliance oversight.
• Develop dashboards and analyse admissions, outreach, conversion and market data to guide recruitment actions.
• Coordinate with school and university stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and a professional applicant experience.
• Manage admissions target‑setting, intake planning, budgeting and compliance for local and international applicants.
• Provide Chinese‑language applicant support and monitor response times.
• Improve admissions processes to enhance conversion and streamline the applicant journey.
• Oversee admissions communications across Chinese digital platforms.
• Build partnerships with Chinese agents, universities, alumni and institutions to expand outreach.
• Plan and support recruitment events for China‑based applicants with locally tailored content.
