Senior / Executive Architect – MRT Station Projects

About the role

The Senior/Executive Architect will lead schematic design and coordination for enhancement works of existing MRT station buildings and related infrastructure. The role spans from concept through construction, supporting sustainable transport environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop schematic design proposals and manage coordination of MRT station enhancement projects.
• Prepare tender specifications, conduct feasibility studies, and produce project documentation.
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee design and site management of architectural aspects, review developer submissions and contractor shop drawings.
• Write funding proposals, prepare presentations, and support project approvals.

Required profile

• Recognised architectural qualification by the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of architectural design experience, preferably in rail or transport projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
