Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Academic Clinical Program (Contract)

About the role

NHG Health is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for its Gastrointestinal (GI) Health Academic Clinical Program (ACP), which is part of the NHG Health-LKCMedicine-NTU Academic Health System and is hosted at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. The role provides comprehensive administrative support to the GI Health ACP and acts as its operational backbone, coordinating clinical, research and educational activities while keeping compliance with institutional policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual workplan formulation of the GI Health ACP Chair and Vice-Chairs, and prepare annual ACP budget requests according to the workplans
• Liaise with the Academic Partnership Office for timely submission of workplans and budget requests
• Compile performance indicators of ACP deliverables
• Help the ACP Chair prepare financial statement and milestone reports for the AHS Management Committee, and help mid-level staff prepare research and education programme reports for the AHS Steering Committee
• Work with NHG Health and LKCMedicine offices on policy compliance
• Provide secretariat support for ACP meetings and events, and support communications, engagement, outreach and conference activities
• Administer joint and adjunct faculty appointments and reappointments with the Office of Faculty Affairs

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a healthcare or education setting is advantageous
• Prior experience with academic faculty is advantageous
• Ability to manage projects and stakeholders, solve problems and communicate complex information clearly
• Meticulous, organised, able to multitask, proactive and eager to learn
