Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Donor Stewardship & Analytics

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support donor stewardship, fundraising operations and data-driven decision-making. You will manage donor records, gift administration, analytics and donor engagement activities, working closely with internal stakeholders, donors and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data and develop reports and dashboards
• Coordinate donor recognition and stewardship initiatives
• Support fundraising platforms and gift management systems
• Contribute to the effective administration of donor funds and proposals

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years' experience in data management and analytics
• Prior experience in donor stewardship, event coordination, recognition programmes or stakeholder engagement is preferred
• Self-motivated team player who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Familiarity with donor management systems, gift management systems, CRM platforms, financial systems or online donation platforms is advantageous
• Advanced Excel skills to develop reports and dashboards
