Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, MSc Programme

About the role

NTU is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to administer and manage the MSc in Precision Scientific Instrumentation (MSPSI). The role covers admissions processing, curriculum coordination, timetabling, candidature matters, internship administration and examination support, ensuring smooth programme delivery in line with University policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end programme administration from admissions to graduation.
• Coordinate internship processes and documentation across relevant MSc programmes.
• Oversee curriculum documentation, timetabling and course registration.
• Support examination operations and mark entry processes.
• Process PTL claims and support faculty administrative matters.
• Work closely with faculty, students and internal stakeholders to maintain operational continuity.

Required profile

• Degree from a recognised university.
• Around 3-5 years of relevant experience in programme administration or higher education operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with academic administrative processes and institutional systems.
• Ability to work independently within defined operational frameworks.
