Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Programme Operations)

About the role

Nanyang Business School's Nanyang Executive Education (NEE) division delivers enterprise and public executive learning programmes for mid- to senior-level professionals. This is a key operational role in the delivery and governance of FlexiMasters programmes, including open-enrolment and corporate-sponsored cohorts. It oversees end-to-end programme operations, coordinates delivery across stakeholders and ensures service quality, financial stewardship and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage programme delivery of FlexiMasters programmes from planning through completion.
• Coordinate delivery activities across faculty, internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Provide operational support for delivery consistency, issue resolution and service quality.
• Manage programme budgets and ensure timely invoicing and revenue reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore funding requirements and University policies, including audit readiness and accurate reporting.
• Monitor programme performance and contribute to operational improvements.
• Support the delivery and servicing of corporate-sponsored FlexiMasters cohorts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
• Relevant experience in programme, project or operations management within lifelong learning, training or related professional services.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programmes or projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SkillsFuture funding frameworks and compliance requirements is advantageous.
