Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Student Administration (Care, Serve, Learn Office)

About the role

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) has launched the Care, Serve, Learn (CSL) initiative, a compulsory, credit-bearing course series for undergraduates admitted from Academic Year 2025 onwards, integrated into the Interdisciplinary Collaborative Core curriculum. The CSL office manages the initiative, and this role assists in its development, implementation and administration, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. It also covers creative content ideation, design, video editing and copywriting for CSL's digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create, curate and publish multimedia content (text, images, videos) and write compelling copy, while monitoring and responding to comments and messages
• Develop social media strategies, help run social media, EDM and digital advertising campaigns, track metrics and stay up to date with digital trends
• Engage partners to secure long-term support for CSL requirements
• Collaborate with the CSL team and stakeholders to integrate CSL into the broader academic programme
• Lead the development, coordination and timetabling of the CSL course series, including registration and tracking of graduation requirements
• Oversee student claims, including disbursement and reimbursement for service-learning activities, in line with institutional policy

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Communications, Marketing or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in programme management, community service and engagement, or experiential learning
• Prior experience in higher education or social impact projects is a plus
• Strong prioritisation, stakeholder management, event planning and analytical skills
• Ability to manage programme budgets and fund-raising initiatives

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Familiarity with photo/video editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
• Strategic planning and execution, independent work and teamwork
