Senior Executive – Destination Marketing

About the role

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking a Senior Executive to lead destination marketing for Mandai Wildlife Reserve. The role focuses on driving attendance, revenue and brand awareness for the reserve and its five integrated wildlife parks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and execute local campaigns to position Mandai Wildlife Reserve as a top local destination.
• Meet overall attendance and revenue targets while growing love and pride for the reserve among local residents.
• Conceptualise and implement integrated campaigns across earned, owned and paid channels.
• Provide brand guardianship to strengthen recall of the Mandai family of brands.
• Collaborate with digital, social, creative, design and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns.
• Work with external agencies and media partners to produce visuals, ads and optimise media spend.
• Manage marketing budget, monitor ROI and produce campaign analysis and reporting.
• Lead special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
• Proven experience in branding, consumer and digital marketing, project and budget management.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑changing environment.
• High energy, self‑starter with strong analytical and organisational skills.
