Senior Executive, Environmental Services (2-Year Contract)

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Senior Executive for its Environmental Services Department on a two-year contract. You will supervise and manage outsourced services and evaluate, implement and monitor environmental services programmes so they are delivered safely and promptly for patients, visitors and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the KPIs of outsourced services such as housekeeping, linen and laundry, pest control, waste disposal, sustainability and landscape services
• Review and report service providers' performance against targets through monthly reports, analyse KPI variances and work with providers on performance improvements
• Prepare and monitor capital and operating expenditure projects for the annual budgeting exercise
• Investigate feedback from patients, visitors and staff, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Carry out audit checks and joint inspections with providers to ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
• Write proposals and approval papers, provide specifications for RFPs and ITQs, and undertake improvement projects

Required profile

• Degree in any relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
