Senior Executive, Graduate Admissions

About the role

The Senior Executive, Graduate Admissions will support the Office of Admissions within the Student and Academic Services Department at NTU. The role focuses on guiding prospective postgraduate students through the application journey, ensuring a smooth, student‑centred experience from inquiry to enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with academic schools, colleges and autonomous institutes to meet programme admission targets.
• Verify and analyse applicant information for accuracy, relevance and completeness.
• Maintain and update admission databases, ensuring data integrity for stakeholders.
• Apply data‑driven techniques and provide insightful interpretation to support admission decisions.
• Assist with website content updates to deliver clear guidance for prospects and applicants.
• Provide comprehensive advice to prospective students and promote initiatives that enhance the applicant experience.
• Undertake ad‑hoc duties related to admissions and student experience projects.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma with 2‑4 years of relevant experience; entry‑level candidates are also welcome.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Service‑oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with data‑analytics tools such as Power Pivot, Power BI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
