Senior Executive, Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive in Human Resources to provide professional HR advisory and operational support while ensuring compliance with company policies and Singapore regulations. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end HR services that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring effective and compliant delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
• Serve as Workday support, handling system queries and performing User Acceptance Testing for enhancements.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, and background screening processes.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Process payroll accurately and manage statutory and government submissions.
• Provide guidance on benefits and HR policies, prepare reports, and conduct surveys.
• Review, develop, and implement HR policies, coordinate training, and organise employee engagement initiatives.
• Participate in HR projects and handle ad‑hoc assignments as delegated.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience.
• Hands‑on experience in payroll processing, statutory submissions and claims administration.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professional ethics.
