Senior Executive - Industry-Based Training (2-Year Contract)

About the role

The Industry-Based Training Division at ITE Headquarters is looking for a Senior Executive on a 2-year contract. You will help build and sustain strong industry partnerships that support workplace learning, training and workforce development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential industry partners to collaborate on workplace learning programmes and training schemes
• Support companies in their training needs analysis and recommend suitable ITE programmes and solutions
• Work with participating companies to develop and sustain training opportunities for ITE trainees
• Gather and share insights on industry trends, workforce needs and workplace learning developments
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and run workplace learning programmes
• Handle administrative and operational duties supporting programme delivery

Required profile

• At least 2 years of work experience in Business Development, Marketing or Sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of AI tools, RPA and data analytics/visualisation is an added advantage
