Senior Executive, Integrated Digestive Unit

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Senior Executive to support the Integrated Digestive Unit (IDU). You will provide central administrative, operational and programme management support, working closely with the IDU leadership, clinical and academic leads and relevant institutional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of IDU programmes, track outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide governance support for IDU committees, including tracking decisions and following up on agreed actions.
• Coordinate IDU academic, research and clinical activities so that deliverables are completed on time.
• Manage an integrated calendar covering key IDU activities, reporting requirements and strategic milestones.
• Monitor a consolidated portfolio of ongoing IDU initiatives and highlight key updates for leadership review.
• Facilitate collaboration across IDU clinical, research and academic programmes and relevant institutional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, highly driven and adaptable to change in a dynamic environment.
