Senior Executive, Maintenance Operations

About the role

NTU’s Office of Development & Facilities Management is looking for a Senior Executive to lead maintenance of the campus’s external infrastructure. The role ensures that roads, drains, slopes and related civil works remain safe, functional and compliant with university standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise inspection programmes and preventive maintenance for external infrastructure and grounds.
• Oversee corrective maintenance to minimise downtime and maintain a safe environment.
• Manage maintenance of electronic speed advisory signs and slope inspection programmes.
• Process user requests, develop work proposals, estimate costs and supervise procurement.
• Identify improvement works, plan cyclical maintenance and derive the budget for the new financial year.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure maintenance.
• Good oral and written communication skills with stakeholder engagement ability.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and customer‑oriented mindset.
