Senior Executive Search Recruiter – Semiconductor (Global)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive Search Recruiter to build and lead a high‑performing team that drives all leadership‑level hiring for our global semiconductor business. The role works closely with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition leadership to deliver best‑in‑class executive recruitment outcomes and a premium candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end executive recruiting for G‑level positions (Senior Director and above), including search strategy, sourcing, pipeline development, assessments, interview design and offer negotiations.
• Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs and TA leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company values and brand.
• Design, implement and continuously improve executive search processes, tools, scorecards and governance frameworks while maintaining compliance with global recruiting standards.
• Manage relationships with external executive search firms, establishing a preferred vendor program, negotiating contracts, evaluating performance and controlling costs.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive landscape research, compensation benchmarking and succession pipeline insights to influence talent strategy and workforce planning.

Required profile

• 10+ years of executive search experience, either in‑house, at a top‑tier search firm, or a combination of both.
• Proven track record managing senior‑level searches (Senior Director, VP, C‑suite).
• Experience building and leading recruiting teams.
• Strong ability to influence, advise and partner with senior executives.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence and relationship‑building skills.
• High discretion handling confidential or sensitive information.
