Senior Executive Search Recruiter – Semiconductor Hiring

About the role

Renesas is looking for a Senior Executive Search Recruiter to lead a high‑performing team that drives leadership‑level hiring across the semiconductor business. The role partners closely with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition leadership to deliver best‑in‑class executive recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end executive recruiting for G‑level positions, including search strategy, sourcing, pipeline development, assessments, interview design and offer negotiations.
• Design, implement and continuously improve executive search processes, tools, scorecards and governance frameworks while ensuring compliance with global recruiting standards.
• Manage relationships with external executive search firms, establishing a preferred vendor program, negotiating contracts and evaluating performance.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive landscape research, compensation benchmarking and succession pipeline insights to influence talent strategy and workforce planning.

Required profile

• 10+ years of executive search experience (in‑house, top‑tier search firm, or both) with a proven track record of senior‑level searches (Senior Director, VP, C‑Suite).
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead recruiting teams and manage complex executive hiring processes.
• Strong influencing, advisory and partnership skills with senior executives.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence and relationship‑building abilities.
• High discretion handling confidential or sensitive information.
