About the role
The Legal Policy Group (LPG) within the Ministry of Law seeks a senior leader to shape Singapore's legal and legislative landscape. You will join the Civil & Legislative Policy Division, a small multidisciplinary team that drives reforms affecting everyday life.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to policy reviews and legislative reforms across multiple domains.
- Collaborate with ministries, agencies and external partners to design and implement initiatives such as harassment protection, electronic statutory processes, family justice reforms, community dispute management, and online safety legislation.
- Provide strategic direction, challenge assumptions and propose innovative policy solutions.
- Oversee the development of new legal frameworks and ensure they align with national objectives.
